What does an LRO solution look like?

While Lexitas can individually tailor our LRO solution to a client’s specific needs, we also provide a comprehensive, standardized approach.
 

The research team

We first provide a LRO team of researchers and team leads. Our researchers can be paralegals, law clerks, unlicensed JDs, or licensed attorneys – depending on client needs. Additionally, Lexitas can recommend, and expertly build, a team composition best suited to a client’s needs, budget and expectations.
 

Research playbook and training

Prior to the start of a project, Lexitas’ Project Manager and Team Leads will meet and work with the client to develop an actual playbook – or, at a minimum, defined guidelines – that the LRO team will use to guide their research, extraction of notable statute content and organization/compilation/reporting of their findings. Comprehensive training sessions, spearheaded by the Lexitas Project Manager, are the next step prior to the project’s launch. The degree to which a client is engaged in these training sessions is dependent upon client preference and complexity of the project.
 

Project Launch

Once the project is launched, as a best practice, Lexitas’ Project Manager will host weekly calls bringing together the client and our Team Leads to discuss the status of the project, any concerns and/or adjustments to research guidance and parameters. If any guidance changes, Lexitas will provide additional training sessions to the Researchers, as necessary.

Reporting requirements will be discussed with the client and can be tailored to specific needs – additional charges may apply.
