The Scenario:

- A team of paralegals with strong case management and case preparation skills was delivered. Their duties included drafting legal documents, managing and organizing files, coordinating local counsel, acting as liaisons to clients, and tracking information and metrics.
- Lexitas created a customized billing procedure for the project, employing a traditional matter management model but incorporating a web-based system for tracking and convenience.
