Stephen Snead
Professional Experience:
Stephen (Steve) Snead is a shareholder with Baty Holm Numrich & Otto, P.C. and is an experienced civil litigator in the areas of personal injury, insurance, property and casualty loss, and professional liability including real estate, legal, dental, architectural, engineering and health care matters. Steve has represented local, regional and national businesses, trucking and transportation companies and individuals in high-exposure cases involving serious and catastrophic injury claims and lawsuits involving brain injury, including closed head injury, complex regional pain syndrome, paraplegia and quadriplegia, and burn injury cases.
He has been serving as a mediator for civil litigation matters since 2004 and is on the panel of neutrals for the Mediation and Assessment Program of the District Court for the Western District of Missouri. A graduate of the University of Missouri, Columbia, (B.S. in Accounting, 1978; J.D. 1980) and an AV rated attorney, Snead is a member of and has served on the Executive Committee for the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association. He also is a member of the Missouri Bar and admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri.
