Professional Experience:

Ms. Fisher is a Civil Engineer, arbitrator and mediator specializing in construction and government contract administration. She brings more than three decades of on-site construction and claims expertise to her ADR practice, including 4 years negotiating claims for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. She has an extensive background in bid and proposal preparation, including reviewing and interpreting solicitations.  She is known for her expertise in drafting and negotiating prime contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements and change orders. Ms. Fisher is adept at breaking down complex technical issues into clear, concise coherent summaries. She provides claims analysis and litigation support to attorneys, insurance companies and owners. In addition, Ms. Fisher regularly speaks on the benefits of early mediation, Construction Partnering and Diversity Recruiting.
